Message from Marvin!
"Entries are coming in daily. We're working on trail and cutting in some new short sections. New this year will be a "thingy" for all participants to remember this ride. Please remember that to get a t-shirt you must enter by May 2 which is included in the entry fee. This event filled up last year so don't delay. Hope to see you here for all the fun. "

Update from Marvin
"Howdy Dual Sporters, Just a short update on Armenia. Trail work is almost finished and we've changed things a bit to make the ride a little more interesting. Some trail has changed, new short sections added, and planning on each participant to get a little memento for participating this year. Can't tell you what it is. If I did it wouldn't be a secret anymore. And oh yea, just a reminder that the pre-entry deadline of May 2 to receive a free shirt is approaching rather quickly. One more thing. This year we decided to sell some route sheet holders at a very competitive price and cheaper than most especially when you consider shipping. So many of you show up without one, so don't fret if you would like to have one we'll have a few for sale and they will cost what they cost us. First come first served. We still have some room as we haven't maxed out yet, but expect to do so. So if you wait until the last minute please call to make sure we have some slots left. Hope to see you here. Happy trails! Marvin"

Hi folks, we are a week away from the 11th Annual Armenia Dual Sport Ride. We're putting the finishing touches on the trail. Gonna do the route sheet in the next couple days and we'll be done. T-Shirts have been ordered for those that pre-entered by the cutoff date of May 2nd. We will have a few for sale on a first come first served basis. Just a reminder about the "Requirements" listed on the flyer. Here's what we expect: 1. Working headlight, tail-light and spark arrestor. 2. Tag 3. Please cover any race numbers on your bike that you have used in the past. (Don't want to give anyone a false impression that this is a race) Remember that the gas stop is back at start area where we will have lunch. We will come close to gas station that you can see in the distance, but most of you probably use non ethanol so it is advisable to bring your own can. We will have some route sheet holders for the price we paid for them which isn't a bad deal especially if you take away shipping. If you can not make the above requirements concerning tag and lights, please be assured you can get you money back. All you have to do is let us know. Law enforcement has been present in the past and we expect them again this year. Thanking you in advance for your support in this fundraising endeavor. All proceeds go to benefit my church, the Armenia Methodist Church. Last year we raised $8K. Marvin Trail Boss

Woohoo!
Rain chances have dropped to 10%! Ground has been dry, none of the Ana precip made it there! Marvin says they could use a little before the ride, keep the dust down.
